The key idea is that Henry may not be dangerous because he is evil. He may be dangerous because Sophia is pushing him toward the same belief system that made Abby snap.
FROM Season 4 Episode 6 shows Henry drinking, staring at the yellow suit, and trying to process what Victor told him about Miranda and the Man in Yellow. But when Sophia puts blood in his drink and asks whether he has ever wondered if all of this is a dream, the Abby parallel becomes much harder to ignore.

FROM Season 4 Episode 6 may be showing us how someone becomes Abby before the violence begins. Henry is grieving, drinking, and overwhelmed by what Victor tells him about Miranda and the Man in Yellow. On its own, that does not make him dangerous, but the show starts framing him with the same warning signs that surrounded Abby before the massacre.
The most important moment comes when Sophia cuts her hand, puts blood in Henry’s drink, and then asks if he has ever wondered whether Fromville is a dream. That matters because Abby believed the town was a dream, and once that idea took over, killing people became her version of waking them up.
Henry’s promise to protect Victor makes this even more dangerous. If Sophia connects Abby’s dream logic to Henry’s need to save his son, protection could become something much darker. Henry may start believing that freeing Victor means waking him up.
The question now is whether Henry is simply breaking down, or whether the show is finally showing us the process that turned Abby into a threat.
